Operating Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Position Summary​

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic RBA to join our expanding team. Reporting to the clinical director, the RBA is responsible for the assessment, evaluation, and ongoing treatment of children and youth aged 16 and under using a holistic approach grounded in ABA. The RBA is also responsible for supervising and training supervised instructor therapists, while adopting and fostering Spectrum Way's Mission and Values amongst the team. The ideal candidate is passionate about child development, knowledgeable in the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), holds current registration as a Behaviour Analyst with the CPBAO and remains committed to the progress and well-being of each child in their care and supervisees under their supervision. ​​
